Trade Terms - April's Form Australia

Trade policy

Trade Terms

Review-ready terms for Australian designers, architects, hospitality procurement teams, stylists, and sourcing firms.

Trade resource

Designed for practical specification, not generic inspiration.

These pages make the trade path commercially usable before a full portal exists.

Eligibility

  • Trade access is for interior designers, architects, procurement teams, professional stylists, and sourcing firms with a genuine project pipeline.
  • April's Form Australia may request ABN, website, portfolio, project type, and expected annual spend before approving access.
  • Trade access can be adjusted or removed if project information is inaccurate or the relationship is inactive.

Pricing and commissions

  • Trade pricing is project-specific and may vary by category, stone, order value, complexity, delivery risk, and repeat pipeline.
  • Referral or commission structures must be agreed in writing before a client is introduced.
  • Trade discounts do not override deposit, production, freight, delivery, damage, or Australian Consumer Law obligations.

Samples and specifications

  • Samples are issued to support active or near-term projects and should be linked to a lead or quote request.
  • Trade users remain responsible for communicating natural variation, care, and delivery assumptions to their clients.
  • No piece enters production until written specifications, payment stage, and approval requirements are clear.

Trade questions

Use the asset with a live project in mind.

Who can apply for Australian trade access?

Interior designers, architects, hospitality procurement teams, property stylists, and sourcing firms can apply when they have a genuine project pipeline or active specification need.

Does trade access guarantee fixed discounts?

No. Trade pricing is project-specific and depends on category, stone, quantity, complexity, delivery risk, timeline, and the level of recurring specification work.

Can trade users request samples before a live quote?

Yes, but samples are prioritised for active or near-term projects and should be tied to role, city, product category, and stone direction.

What information makes a trade quote faster?

Dimensions, drawings, stone preference, project city, delivery access, client approval deadline, budget band, and installation timing make the first quote response more useful.
