Warranty wording must sit beside Australian Consumer Law guarantees and cannot exclude rights that automatically apply to Australian customers.
Consumer guaranteesAustralian customers have consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that apply automatically and cannot be excluded by a written warranty.
Warranty scopeWarranty support covers issues assessed as manufacturing faults or failures outside the approved specification and normal natural stone behaviour.
Natural variationColour movement, veining, fissures, pores, filled areas, and tonal variation are natural stone characteristics when disclosed and within approved expectations.
ExclusionsMisuse, unsuitable cleaning products, acidic damage, impact damage, heat misuse, outdoor exposure beyond the specification, and unauthorised modification may be excluded from warranty support.
AssessmentClaims should include order details, photos, care history, delivery condition, and the issue being reported so the correct remedy path can be assessed.
